Structure 2015 is here....

Hello Officers and citizens of the state of Liberty I have very important news for you.Recently I have noticed the current ranking system in LCPD is not working, and that I need to add a new multidisciplinary organizational structure. Now I am not demoting anyone, but I am merely implanting a more realistic and effective structure... Which I want to share with you......



Structure 2015


The ranking Command structure will consist of the current Board of Directors, Superintendent, Commissioner, Deputy Comissioner, Chief of police and Assistant Chief of police (so none of this is new but here are the new ones) In LCPD we will have bureaus, sections, units, patrol boroughs, squads, precincts for the organizational structure added to our already existing Departments and Divisions. Now the newly added ranks being implemented are as follows, 

BUREAU CHIEF

DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR

DIVISION COMMANDER

SECTION COORDINATOR

UNIT CHIEF

BOROUGH EXECUTIVE

PRECINCT HEAD

SQUAD SENIOR EXECUTIVE OFFICER


*All the new ranks listed are headed by the Bureau Chief, for example Chief of Housing, Borough Executive, Precinct Head, Squad Senior, are not ranks but merely positions title for example normally Sergeants are put to Squad SEO.*


The new "Suspended" roleset will  be taken away, the new system of suspension will be to announce who is suspended on either group shout or group wall....
The new system of being promoted to a Senior Rank has changed, all Command Staff will be appointed by the Commissioner with approval of City Manager/administrator and with support from Mayor and State Director of Public Safety.

For the LR's and MR's

In order for Cadets to be promoted to Police Officer they must first pass Cadet Training through the Academy with all courses scoring at least 80% on. Then from there they must be directed to an Dept/division/sec/unit/Bureau/ either by availability or choice (depending on the need or state of Bureau)
All other MR and LR ranks must be promoted through patrol or training attendance and of how well they preform on one or other. REMEMBER THE LIMIT TO GETTING PROMOTED PER DAY IS 1.Any violation of this will result in suspension.


HIGH-COMMAND Structure 2015

The Commissioner will run the Department overall and lead the PD in administration as well as   be direct Chief of Operations.
The Deputy Commissioner will assist in running the PD overall and directly lead the Dept in as Director of Officers
Board of Directors will lead and manage the PD in administration as a whole, as the most trusted advisers of the Police Force to the Commissioner and State Attorney General
Chief of Police is a Senior Command Officer and direct commander of the staff of LCPD and Chief of Police Operations appointed by the Attorney General.
Deputy Chief of Police is the assistant director of police operations.
Bureau Staff HR'S are in charge of their Bureau administration and operations, they also manage the Depts/divisions under it.
Bureau Deputy Chief, are appointed by the Bureau Chief to assist in operation command and administration.

*NOTE: Each Bureau Chief appoints Department Directors and they in turn appoint Division Commanders then so forth until Unit- SAO*

Structure 2015 will remain in place until further change or upgraded structure.
