The Chief of Police for 2015 is T3CHNOCID3 he is an very experienced police officer and administrator, veteran in the Liberty City Police Department. It has been found that T3CHNOCID3 has the great potential and capability to lead the LCPD's police force once again.

His previous titles were: Commander of Investigations & Internal Affairs, Executive Assistant Chief of Police
